CJC-1295 No DAC, also known as Modified GRF 1-29, is a short-acting GHRH analog that stimulates the pituitary gland to release a brief burst of growth hormone and clears the body rapidly. It is not FDA-approved and is used solely in research contexts.
| Dose | Frequency | Duration | Route | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Initiation | 100 mcg | once daily | Weeks 1–2 | Subcutaneous (SubQ) |
| Early escalation | 150 mcg | once daily | Weeks 3–4 | Subcutaneous (SubQ) |
| Therapeutic range | 200 mcg | once daily | Weeks 5–8 | Subcutaneous (SubQ) |
| Advanced range | 200–300 mcg | 1–2x daily | Weeks 5–12+ | Subcutaneous (SubQ) |
Cycle: Common cycle patterns include short cycles of 4–6 weeks, standard cycles of 8–12 weeks, and pulsed weeks with 5 days on / 2 days off.
Benefits and research observations: Initial monitoring focuses on tolerance and sleep quality in the first 1-2 weeks. Later, at weeks 4-6, IGF-1 levels and potential dose adjustments are assessed.
