Pinealon is a synthetic three-amino-acid peptide (Glu-Asp-Arg) studied for its potential role in brain aging, memory, and nerve-cell stress, aiming to support learning and focus during a research cycle. These benefits are experimental and not yet proven in large human trials.
| Dose | Frequency | Duration | Route | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Subcutaneous Injection | 1.0 to 2.0 mg | Once daily | 10 to 20 days (extendable to 28 days) | Subcutaneous |
| Subcutaneous Example Titration (Days 1-5) | 1.0 mg | Daily | 5 days | Subcutaneous |
| Subcutaneous Example Titration (Days 6-14) | 1.5 mg | Daily | 9 days | Subcutaneous |
| Oral Capsule | 20 mg | 2 to 3 cycles per year | 10 to 20 days (extendable to 28 days) | Oral |
Cycle: 10 to 20 days, repeated 2 to 3 times per year, with 2 to 3 months off between cycles.
Benefits and research observations: Subjective changes tend to appear after 10 to 14 days of daily use, with sleep quality being the most common early observation (Days 1-7). The cycle ends after 20-28 days, followed by an off-period.
