| Dose | Frequency | Duration | Route | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Cognitive / nootropic research planning | About 0.6 to 1.5 mg/day | Split into 2 administrations | 4-6 weeks | Intranasal |
| Acute ischemic stroke (clinical, Russia) | Higher daily amounts | Multiple daily administrations | 10-14 days | Intranasal |
| Healthy-volunteer cognitive-attention study | Single intranasal administration of about 1.2 mg | One-time research administration | N/A | Intranasal |
| Animal pharmacology (rodent) | Up to ~1 mg/kg | N/A | N/A | Subcutaneous |
Cycle: Standard short course: 10-14 days. Extended cognitive course: 4-6 weeks. Cycled use: 4-6 weeks on, 2-4 weeks off.
Benefits and research observations: Intranasal effects can be noticed the same day, with patterns of focus and stamina becoming clearer in the first week. Cognitive consistency and neuroprotective signals are described within 2-4 weeks.
